Homesweet´s:
We are breeding
Cavalier King Charles Spaniel - international registered under the affix "Homesweet´s"
in
Verband
deutscher Kleinhundezüchter e.V. (VK)
Verband
für das deutsche Hundewesen (VDH) - Fédération
Cynologique Internationale (FCI).
Additionally we
are member of the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club - UK
About US:
We - my adult twins Jessica and
Desiree and me - Martina- are living - together with our animals - in the heart of the Ruhr
area in Oberhausen.
The former so called "coalpott" is
no more longer affected by the industrial infrastructure than features
a lot
of green areas, parks, lakes, woods, cultural attractions and shopping
facilities.
Oberhausen is close to Düsseldorf
(30km) and Cologne (70km).
Together with our dogs our
Maine-Coon-tomcat called Goofy is sharing our life.
Goofy is the last of my catfamily
and he is the last kitten of my former Maine-Coon-Cattery.
Due to the fact that Goofy believes
since he was born that he is a dog in a cat´s coat, he gets along with the
dogs quiet lovely.

In 2003 we had the feeling that we
should have another "four feet family member" - bigger than our cats and
dogs - our horse called Weltano.
Weltano is a wonderful horse - he
is pretty with an extraordinary expression and an outstanding movement.
Together with my daughter Jessica
he succeds doing dressage tournaments.
Because of his cuddly temperament
we call him "Butzi"

Since I was a little girl, I joined
my life with dogs, starting with my grandmothers´s Spaniel-Mix called Britta
At the age of 12 I got a Boxer called Sascha - the best friend
I ever had.
When my twins were old enough I got
a Golden retriever couple called Buffy and Sam
and afterwards two mixed
breeds called Kimba and Balu from an Animal Protection Association

Kimba - Belgischer
Schäferhund/Collie-Mix/*1998
After the death of our Balu we
searched for a new dogfriend for our old Kimba - small enough,
but a "normal"
dog - with uncomplicated temperament and easy to goom the dogt shoul be:
Sure! - Back to the roots it must be a
Spaniel -
a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel!

The
Cavalier compares everything what one wishes for a dog. He is playful and
likes to romp around even though he is small sized. At home he loves to
snuggle aginst you on the sofa.
A Cavalier is friendly to everyone, always in
good temper, you can take him with you everywhere you like and he is easy to
groom
In fine: A perfect dog !
Linked to our first enchanting bitch
Cheyenne I had an itch to share my love to the Cavaliers with the rest of the
world. Since that time I´m infected by a virus called Cavaliers:visitig dogshows at home and abroad,
attendance of seminars for breeders, club events or cultivating the friendship
to other breeders and friends.

I
CAN´T HELP LOVING CAVALIERS !
